General Rules

These sports betting rules govern all wagers placed on 93ok. By placing a bet you acknowledge and accept these terms, along with any market‑specific rules published for a given event. 93ok reserves the right to amend rules and to publish updated versions online; changes take effect immediately upon publication and apply to all active and future bets unless noted otherwise.

• Settlement is based on the official result published by the relevant governing body. If the official result is not published, 93ok may settle using verified data from reliable sources, or suspend settlement pending confirmation.
• Markets or prices published with an error may be voided. 93ok reserves the right to reclaim incorrect payouts and to resettle bets if required.
• Bets are irrevocable once placed and confirmed. Bets placed before an event starts or live bets during an event may be voided or suspended if integrity concerns arise.
• All bets are settled in decimal odds and in the account currency. On‑site information such as live scores, stats or streams is provided as a guide and is subject to delay; settlement does not rely on real‑time displays unless expressly stated for a market.
• 93ok may suspend, void or withhold payments pending investigations into potential fraud or integrity concerns within an event.
• Claims or disputes must be raised within 30 days of an event's completion; late claims will not be considered unless 93ok exercises its discretion to extend the period in writing.

Bet Acceptance and Settlement Mechanics

Bet acceptance is governed by the live line displayed at the time of betting. Bets may be placed pre‑match or during the event for eligible live markets. By placing a bet you confirm you have no foreknowledge of the outcome. 93ok may refuse bets or suspend acceptance without providing a reason where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the market or the operator.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified by the bettor.
• Disputed bets, bet calculations, or uncalculated bets must be raised within 30 days after the event ends.
• In the event of a technical fault affecting bet placement or recordkeeping, 93ok may verify bets on the server and require confirmation by the bettor via the betting history page once the system is restored.

Live Betting Rules

Live bets are accepted as events unfold. Odds are updated in real time to reflect the course of play. Bets are settled on the official results wherever possible. Bets on players who do not participate are void in live markets unless stated otherwise. Claims related to live bets must be filed within 24 hours from the start of the event; bets not finalized by the end of the event are settled based on the final official result.

• Live markets may be voided or recalculated if the event is suspended longer than 48 hours or if the result cannot be determined from official data; in such cases, settled bets may be adjusted or voided to reflect the official outcome.
• Where a change in the event format occurs (e.g., resumes with a different structure), bets on affected markets may be settled at odds of 1.00 or voided as appropriate, at 93ok's discretion.
• Live bets are subject to the same rules on fraud and integrity as pre‑match bets; any suspected manipulation may result in bet voidance or account action.

Bets Types and Computation

93ok offers a range of bet types including Single, Combo (accumulator), and System bets. Each type has specific construction and settlement rules as described below. All bets are settled with decimal odds; winnings are calculated as stake multiplied by the odds.

• Single: A single selection must win for the bet to succeed.
• Combo (Express): A wager on two or more selections from different events; all selections must win for a payout. The combined odds are the product of the individual odds for each selection.
• System: A structured combination of multiple bets where a subset must win to generate partial winnings. Winnings are the sum of the winning Expresses; a loss in any Express reduces but does not necessarily void the entire stake depending on the System chosen.
• Outrights and long‑term markets are settled at the conclusion of the event in accordance with official results; postponed or rescheduled markets follow the same principles unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Minimum and Maximum Bets; Cashout

The minimum stake across all events and sports is 0.50 USD. Maximum bet limits are set per event and per market and may be adjusted by 93ok at any time without notice. 93ok may impose additional restrictions on bets that appear to be high‑risk or aimed at exploiting the market.

• Cashout is available for select Single and Combo bets and may be offered or withdrawn at any time for technical or risk management reasons. Cashout availability can be checked within the bet slip and bet history.
• Cashout terms are subject to change and do not apply to bets where settlement is already determined or where the market type excludes cashout.

Outrights, Play‑or‑Pay and Market Integrity

Outright markets (season awards, tournament winners, etc.) are subject to a play‑or‑pay rule. Bets on participants stand and may be settled as losses if the listed participant is unable to compete for reasons beyond the bettor's control. Head‑to‑head markets are excluded from this rule; if a listed participant is replaced by another participant, team markets may stand while individual markets reflect the replacement according to 93ok's settlement rules.

• In the event of disqualification, retirement, or other disqualifying events, bets may be settled at adjusted odds or voided in accordance with official guidance and 93ok policy.
• Any tampering, fraud or manipulation related to an event may result in bet invalidation, account suspension, and potential reporting to authorities.

VAR and Official Decisions

Where a Video Assistant Referee (VAR) decision contradicts the on‑field ruling, bets placed during the interval between the original incident and the final decision may be voided, unless the market is not affected by the VAR outcome or the odds were already adjusted accordingly at the time of bet acceptance. 93ok reserves the right to reverse settlements if a final official decision affects previously settled bets and is communicated before the match or timeframe ends.

Event Postponement and Abandonment

When a scheduled event is postponed or abandoned, 93ok may void unsettled bets if the event is not resumed within 48 hours from the originally scheduled finish time, unless an official result is declared and all bets on the market remain valid. If the event resumes with changes in competitors or format, bets may be voided or settled at 1.00 odds depending on the market rules applicable at the time of bet placement.

Sport-Specific Guidelines

The following guidelines apply to major sports markets offered on 93ok. Where a market explicitly states otherwise, that market rule takes precedence over the generic guidance below.

• Classic Sports: Results are based on official results from the governing body. If an event is abandoned with no declared winner, the event is void. Dead‑heat rules apply where specified. If an event runs overtime only when stated in the market, overtime is not automatically counted unless the market states otherwise.
• American Football: Markets settle on the official end of regulation unless overtime is specified. If a game is postponed and not resumed within the current week, bets are void unless an official result is declared. For markets requiring a minimum amount of game time to settle (e.g., 55 of 60 minutes or equivalent), settlements follow those thresholds.
• Athletics: Settlements rely on the official result; outsized events or disqualifications lead to loss of related bets. If an event is abandoned, markets are settled per official guidance and dead heats apply where appropriate.
• Australian Rules Football: Markets are settled on the official result at the end of the scheduled playtime unless stated otherwise. Half/quarter markets reflect the period indicated by the market description, and dead heat rules apply if required.
• Badminton: Settlements follow the official scoreline; if a match is not finished and no result is published, undecided markets are void.
